I almost forgot. Yesterday I installed Gallery and got it working (with Chips help). You can check it out here:

giving up on Flickr, eh?
Not entirely, I just think I have more customizability this way. Flickr is great to share with folks and I like the social aspects. I think of gallery as more of collections of stuff I wouldn’t put up on Flickr. My BF2 pictures for example.
